Payment:-

We only accept cash & cheque payments at the moment, for mail orders please Make payment to Framegame and send to:

Framegame, 7 Grand Parade, Brighton, East Sussex. BN29 QB

Soon we will be glad to accept all major credit & debit cards. These will include: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Visa Delta, Connect & Solo

Delivery:-

Carriage: Carriage prices will be given at time of ordering. A next day (by 4pm) delivery service is used on clearance of payment.

Mail Orders: Goods are normally despatched promptly on clearance of payment, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery, particularly in the busy May (Brighton Fringe Festival) period.

Local Deliveries: to Brighton & Hove are at a fixed price of £6.50 to all orders under £100 and Free to those over £100. Orders are normally delivered within 2 / 4 days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Opening Times:-

We are open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Saturday collections and visits by appointment only.

Suitability For Use:-

We take every care to ensure that products supplied are of the highest quality. It is however the user’s responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for their particular requirements. All our products are made from natural substances that have varying effects in different circumstances. We do not accept claims under any circumstances for work alleged to have been adversely affected by use of a product that proves to be unsatisfactory. Our liability is therefore confined to the value of the Framegame goods alone.
